Why I write exercise notes

Exercise is not only good for health, but also for good looking. So I write notes for my exercise. Most of time, I walk. Sometimes I run. I use nike+ to encourage myself. The first step is to run 2 km each day. Though my weight doesn't change at all, I still believe that things will change someday.

The notes are only for myself and record some detail for exercise.
